Why Craftline Institute exists

Most training programmes teach you what a job involves. We build programmes that prepare you to do it.

Craftline Institute was established to address a clear gap in professional education: the space between theoretical knowledge and the practical skills that industries actually demand. Our founders — practitioners from logistics, healthcare, and hospitality — saw firsthand how professionals entered the workforce underprepared for the realities of their roles.

We built Craftline around a single principle: precision. Every programme we design is mapped directly to industry competencies, reviewed by professionals who work in the field, and delivered in a format that respects the demands of working adults.

Today, Craftline Institute serves students across multiple disciplines — and we are just getting started. Phase 2 will expand our reach into blended in-person learning, industry placements, and globally recognised qualifications.

Ravikumar

Founder & Director

Hawker Global Traders Pvt Ltd

With 15 years in air cargo and freight forwarding, Ravikumar has worked across leading organisations including Air India (Cochin), Jet Air (Bangalore), and Globelink (Dubai). A mentor for the MSME Startup India Mission, he also conducts export classes for entrepreneurs — bringing hands-on industry experience directly into Craftline's programmes.

Every curriculum module is built against the competency standards that employers in each sector actually use to evaluate candidates. Theory only appears where industry practice demands it.

Practitioner-Led Design

Programmes are designed with input from people currently working in the field — not assembled from textbooks. The result is content that reflects how roles actually operate, not how they were once described.

Flexible by Design

Every programme is structured for learners who are already employed, caring for family, or managing other commitments. Self-paced modules, no fixed class schedules, and fully online delivery in Phase 1.
